Registration Deadlines

To get the "Early Bird" rate, your registration must be received by 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 8, 2010.

Please make final registration and hotel reservations by Monday, March 15, 2010.

Registration Policies

You may register by fax. Simply send your completed registration form to Sarah Vagts at (562) 951-4860.

Checks must be made payable to CSSA and mailed to 401 Golden Shore, #135, Long Beach, CA 90802.

Checks must be received by Monday, April 5, 2010; no exceptions. Purchase Orders do not constitute payment. Submission of the registration form (.doc) indicates agreement with the registration policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no on-site registration. The last day to register, request a refund, and/or cancel is Monday, March 15, 2010; no exceptions.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be honored. Registrants will be billed for unpaid fees, including, but not limited to, "no shows."

Registration is transferable from one person to another within the same organization/campus until Monday, April 5, 2010.
