Executive Committee Responsibilities
- Shall be chaired by the CSSA Chair.
- Shall assume the powers of the CSSA Board of Directors if the
Board so delegates by a majority vote of the members present.
- The CSSA Executive Committee shall be responsible to the Board
of Directors.
- The CSSA Executive Committee shall be responsible for personnel
matters as outlined in the CSSA Personnel Policy Manual.
- The duty of CSSA Executive Committee shall be to review, research
and make recommendations on, but not limited to, the CSSA Budget,
CSSA Policies and Procedures and CSSA Personnel matters.
- The duty of CSSA Executive Committee shall be to review, research
and make recommendations on, but not limited to, CSSA Constitution
CSSA policies/procedures, and CSSA standing rules of operations.
- The voting Membership of the Executive Committee shall consist
of the following members:
- Chair
- Vice Chair of Internal Affairs
- Vice Chair of External Affairs
- Chair, University Affairs Committee
- Chair, Legislative Affairs Committee
- Speaker, Multi Cultural Caucus
- The Non-Voting members of the Executive Committee shall consist
of the
Executive Director
