Education Code § 89700

In 2000 the Board of Trustees adopted recommendations from its Finance Committee to systematize rules and procedures governing the imposition of
student fees "Resolution RFIN 03-04-00."

Student Fee Policy (RFIN 03-04-00)

RESOLVED, By the Board of Trustees of the California State University, that Attachment 1 to Agenda Item of the March 14-15, 2000, meeting of the trustees' Committee on Finance (See Page 6,)titled "The California State University Student Fee Policy" is approved and shall take effect immediately; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the chancellor is directed to take all necessary action to implement the student fee policy in a manner consistent with existing statutes and provisions of bond indentures.
