Code of Regulations, Title 5, Subchapter 5, Article 3, § 41800 (a)

The Board of Trustees holds the authority to set student fees, pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Subchapter 5, Article 3, section 41800 (a), which states:

Students and other persons receiving services, facilities or materials provided by the California State University shall pay fees in accordance with the schedule of fees approved by the Board of Trustees.
